It is not intended as a substitute for any treatment that may have been prescribed by your doctor. While better food choices typically result in less need for prescription drugs, you should always check with your doctor before making any changes. All matters of health require medical supervision. Confidentiality As with your physician or your attorney, all matters discussed concerning the private matters of each and every client will be held in the strictest confidence. Beyond telling someone that you are one of my clients, all matters that we discuss will be held confidential unless you specifically give me permission to report the positive results that you have achieved since joining this program. Fees and Administration This program consists of a series of up to 20 one-hour sessions during the first twelve months. The fee for each session is $100 and will be billed monthly by The Ansley Consulting Group, Inc., a C corporation formed in Georgia in 1999.
